Practicing integrative psychotherapist, PCC-accredited coach with the International Coach Federation, and a consultant – a psychologist by education and calling. He has extensive experience working with organizations across all levels of the hierarchy, possessing the knowledge and skills required to design and implement interventions, employee assistance programs, and training policies.

He is the co-author of strategic documents, including the Civil Service Training Strategy for 2008–2010, as well as the publication “Trener w rolach głównych” (PWN 2018, eds. Justyna Matras, Rafał Żak) and numerous articles.
